"Terrible experience with Melissa Leedle - State Farm Insurance Agent. The staff were very unprofessional, and the prices seemed constantly overpriced. I asked for a quote, and the employee helping me clearly did not understand what he was doing and did not know how to calculate things properly. He told me the quote for my car would be cheaper than what I had with my previous company, but when I looked at the final price, it was almost twice as much. When I pointed that out, there was no clear explanation.

Another woman in the office, a blonde employee, was also rude. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. This office felt disorganized, unprofessional, and more focused on selling overpriced policies than on honestly helping customers. I would not recommend this agency."
