"At first this Branch was great not sure what happened but now they overcharge, I have a clean record and they're trying to charge me almost $700 a month full coverage on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, then they won't even fully cover if it's in a accident about 6 months ago front end got sideswiped , almost 7,000 in damage and they only paid $1,700 of that refuse to pay the rest , keep trying to tell me it's so high because the PIP coverage which I have my own medical coverage for that and I sent them the proof three times now not sure what the deal is why they can't get their stuff together, it's always a new person when you call there, I do not recommend this office to anybody if zero star was an option I would give them zero, and I noticed that other review she saying well I don't have your name in my record so I can't address it and I assume you're the one that left bad reviews on people so I'll put my name on here I don't care cuz I'm pretty sure I'm canceling my insurance with this company I find it highly ridiculous that it's been almost 7 weeks I've been going back and forth with this paperwork, probably on the 5th different person I've talked to so far , my next phone call will be dropping the Insurance on this car. "So far, I am 100% satisfied with Melissa’s office. I saw a post circulating facebook about how they were saving lots of customers $80+ a month when switching to them. I had Payton run some quotes- she did so in a professional and timely manner. She got me 2 quotes; 1 that matched my current policy with progressive and 1 with what she recommended. I was paying $296/month for ONE vehicle through progressive with minimal coverage on my policy. I went with Payton’s recommendation because it included rental assistance, roadside assistance, lower deductibles, a life insurance policy- things that I don’t have with progressive. Even with me choosing her option, she is saving me around $109/month!! My phone calls were also answered and returned immediately if not. I’m impressed and look forward to working with them."

"I have been trying to get in contact with her for 3 weeks to cancel my life insurance and gotten no response. The company won’t do it, they state my agent has to. Yet I’ve emailed her 3 times, texted 3 times, and called to leave a voicemail 3 times with no reply. I even drove the hour and a half today to the office to try and do it in person and got here at 4pm on a Monday and they’re closed even though their office hours EVEN ON THE DOOR say 5pm. I could not be more mad. I just want my policy cancelled and I will never use state farm again."

"Wouldn’t recommend using this office. on multiple occasions, I’ve called and left voicemails that go unanswered or sent emails that are never replied to. Your only chance to talk to someone is if they answer when you call in."
